These folks are absolutely first class. Great product and they stand behind it 100%. Have had four of their scooters. The latest one had a part fail ... it happens. Called them up looking for help ... they asked me to bring it in so they could fix it. Got it back better than ever.
I bought a Micro 200mm Deluxe Scooter as a gift for my wife for Christmas. It was defective out of the box as it could not be moved from the folded/closed position to the open position for use. All instructions were followed exactly in attempts to open it for use by three adults on Christmas morning. I shipped it back to Aaron from Kickboard.ca Micro Scooters Canada at my own cost of 28 and he informed me that the defective unit was due to misuse and would not refund nor exchange the unit, but told me that I can have the broken unit back or have it repaired for 250. Not a friendly person! Alternatively, he told me to take it up Switzerland, where they are made. Very, very poor customer service from the exclusive dealer of Micro Brand scooters for Canada. I own three other Micro Brand scooters and they are all great! I bought this brand and paid top dollar for a high-quality product, but also expected a decent warranty and fair customer service. I would NOT recommend buying from Kickboard.ca. You are better off to buy from another dealer that takes returns in the event of a defective out of the box product. Buyer beware!
Susan was very helpful, knowledgeable and great with my two boys. The store is well stocked and being able to test out all the options of kickboards in store for hours made our decisions easy and comfortable.
Nice little place, gives you the opportunity to try out the boards before you buy, friendly staff. Bought two boards for the kids and an adult board for myself two or so years ago. Very good build quality and fun to use. Makes me feel like a kid again.
